Late Policy

15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a 15% late fee applies.
Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes of lateness.

Payment Policy

$20 non-refundable booking fee (applied toward the total service cost).
Remaining balance can be paid via Cash (exact change), Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay

Travel Policy

Travel fee starts at $100 (depending on location).
